8 Netflix Shows to Watch with Your Partner

The Netflix graphics for the TV shows You, Full Swing, My Next Guest Needs No Introduction, Bridgerton, Ginny and Georgia, Chef's Table, 7 Days Out and All American

If you are trying to figure out what to watch with your significant other I have you covered. We have loved all of these Netflix series and thankfully with lots of seasons you’ll be able to get in lots of binge sessions.

  1. All American

We love sports dramas and documentaries. With five seasons All American the stories of these California football teams and communities will provide tons of binge-able content.

  2. Ginny and Georgia

Jon loves this one just as much as I do. We are through the first season, and can’t wait to dive into season two. It tells the story of a single mom and the decisions she made to support her daughter, Ginny, and son. However, Ginny is growing up and is now navigating her own story through high school. I will say it is slightly eye-opening to see what high school girls and boys are now dealing with.

  3. 7 Days Out

We LOVED this series and I wish they would come out with more episodes. All the behind the scenes drama and excitement are shared as people prepare to put on some of the biggest cultural events including the Kentucky Derby, the Chanel Fashion Show, the Cassini Space Mission, and more.

  4. You

Thrillers aren’t really my thing and sometimes You is a bit much for me, but we still can’t stop watching this series. I will say the first three seasons were the best. Season Four didn’t captivate us much but we are looking forward to Season Five which just came out. As Netflix shares, the show is about “A dangerously charming, intensely obsessive young man goes to extreme measures to insert himself into the lives of those he is transfixed by.”

  5. My Next Guest Needs No Introduction

We love this interview-style show with David Letterman. He does a wonderful job of pulling back the curtain on his guests’ lives.

  6. Bridgerton

The Bridgerton Family is all about marrying off their next kiddo. Set in the Regency period we see all the ins and out of love, betrayal, and trying to follow one’s heart with a lot of steamy romance mixed in. The music is also spot-on. After Season 1 I wasn’t sure Jon would want to keep watching with me but said there was no way I was watching the next season without him. The third season is about to launch this spring.

  7. Full Swing

We both love golf and were super excited about this documentary covering the PGA. It is the first time I have seen the players in such a raw way. We are only a few episodes in but definitely love it. I would say for the none golfer it will give you a new appreciation for the sport.

  8. Chef’s Table

If you love food shows but are tired of watching the Food Network or you enjoy a story about people overcoming the odds you will LOVE this series. There are a bunch of spinoffs and Chef’s Table BBQ is also a favorite. I could rewatch the episodes over and over again, and Jon has a whole list of places for us to go eat.
